Hoxton Trust Community Garden (also known as Hoxton Street Community Garden)

Introduction

Hoxton trust Community garden is a private garden managed for the community by The Hoxton Trust (registered charity, number 289423), created from slum clearance land in the 1980s.

The garden is landscaped on a number of levels on hummocky terrain, with a variety of flower beds and shrubs, with paths and seating within the lawns. It contains a Baroque style cupula built in the 19th and reclaimed from the now demolished East London Fever Hospital.
