Introduction
A public park containing three gardens of differing character, The Gordon Garden, the Dell and The New Tavern Fort. The later is a garden which surrounds a fort that historically guarded th entrance to the Thames. The park is undergoing a major scheme of restoration and development by Gravesend Borough Council.
