St Pierre Park

Introduction

St Pierre Park is a mid-18th-century landscape park with some older elements, including a string of ponds and some ancient trees. The park was a deer park in the medieval period, and was stocked with deer until the early-20th century. It is now a golf course and the house is open as a hotel and country club. The structure of the 18th-century pleasure gardens around the house partly remains.
