North Rode

Introduction

North Rode is a relict parkland with a lake and an overgrown woodland garden. The park surrounds a 19th century house. The estate has suffered greatly since the 19th century and many features and trees have been lost. Surviving features include an ornamental hill top garden with a monastery door feature.
