Detailed Description

Little Moreton Hall has a garden contained within a surrounding moat. There are also cobbled courtyards and two medieval mounds. Other features of Little Moreton Hall include yew hedges, an orchard and a vegetable garden. In 1985 the National Trust reconstructed the 16th-century knot garden.

Little Moreton Hall is a black-and- white, Tudor-style hall dating from the 15th to 16th centuries. The National Trust assumed control of the estate in 1979.
