Brief Description
Part of the mid-19th-century designed landscape at Moorpark now forms the grounds of a luxury hotel. Another part of the original site is occupied by a school.
History
The designed landscape at Moorpark was laid out on a green-field site when the house was built in about 1860. In the 1980s the property was purchased by the Local Authority and used as a training centre. In 2003 it was bought again and developed into a luxury hotel.
