The current house was built in the early-17th century and enlarged in the 18th and 20th centuries.

Detailed Description

Sale particulars of 1780 described a mansion house with fine views. Buildings included a barn, a cider house, a cider mill and a granary 'encompassed by a spacious yard and green court'. There were also pleasure gardens, kitchen gardens and mature orchards.
