Kim Wilkie

Kim Wilkie studied history at Oxford and Environmental Design at the University of California, Berkeley, before returning to London to set up his own practice, Kim Wilkie Associates, in 1989.

Launching the practice with the Thames Landscape Strategy, he has gone on to work with a variety of historic landscapes and other public and private spaces at home and abroad. He is noted for his work on the formal gardens and parkland at Heveningham Hall in Suffolk.

The practice specialises in innovative and often strikingly simple design that is responsive to the character of the site.
