The 18th-19th century gardens associated with a half-timbered Elizabethan mansion dismantled and taken to the United States of America in the 1920s. The site was developed for housing, but the terraces partly survive.

Wollaston Hall was a half-timbered Elizabethan house standing on terraces descending to open ground. The house has been dismantled and the site developed for housing.
