Perrycroft was built in 1893 to the design of C.F.A. Voysey on the western flank of the Malvern Hills, with a garden including a terrace and a sloping garden subdivided into separate plots. Garden buildings include a summerhouse.
The house and garden were made from 1893 for the industrialist J.W. Wilson by the architect C.F.A. Voysey.
