Brief Description
The designed landscape at Perceton House has been largely built over. The house and some planting survive and lie within the Perceton Conservation Area.
History
The current house was built in the late-18th century. By the mid-19th century the designed landscape consisted of parkland, wooded policies and a walled garden. The house was the headquarters for the Irvine Development Corporation from the 1960s to the 1990s.
