Brief Description
Very little remains of the former estate at Finnarts Farm, which had its origins in the 16th century. A cylindrical doocot survives on the hillside. The site is now farmland.
History
Finnarts was a 16th-century mansion house which had an enclosed, planted park by the late-18th century. In about 1930 Finnarts was absorbed into the neighbouring Glenapp Castle estate. The house was demolished at some point after this.
