World War 2 Garden of Remembrance, Driffield

Introduction

This site features three memorial stones, one of granite and two of sandstone. Each stone bears a plaque detailing: first, the remembrance prayer and roll of honour; second, those who served in 462 and 466 Squadrons R.A.A.F. Driffield and Leconfield; third, those who died in a 1940 raid on RAF Driffield.
