The Hall, Abbey Cwmhir

The Hall at Abbey Cwmhir is a mid- to late-19th-century house set in a steep wooded valley. The house overlooks the ruins of a 13th-century Cistercian abbey, which were once incorporated into the formal gardens. When the Hall was extended in the late-19th century the abbey hamlet, including the church, was remodelled in a similar style.
