Brief Description

Huddington Court is a much-altered 16th-century manor house and associated grounds. Features include 18th-century gates and piers, a cast-iron moat bridge from 1827, and an early 19th-century orangery. Some of these features have been brought from other sites.

History

A 16th-century house with later alterations, and remains of a moated site. The former seat of the Wintour family and associated with the Gunpowder Plot of 1605.
