Coronation Gardens

Coronation gardens were developed in 1911 to commemorate the Coronation of Queen Mary and George V. To mark 100 years of Coronation Gardens a variety of specialised trees were planted. This is a lovely place for a picnic or to relax and read a book. Adjacent to the gardens we have recently had improvements made to the play area which has seen new play equipment and a little road system for small children to ride their bikes and learn the green cross code.
