Beauchamp Almshouses, Newland

Introduction

The Beauchamp Almshouses were built in the 19th century to the design of P.C. Hardwick, who also designed the nearby church and who was remodelling Madresfield Court for the same client. The almshouses frame a formal garden with ornamental gates.
