Mr Frederick Kempson was an architect active in the mid-19th century. Kempson designed the house and conservatory at Bryngwyn, Much Dewchurch, Herefordshire for Sir James Rankin in 1868. Kempson also designed Burton Court and Cheyney Court, both in Herefordshire.
