Pennard House

Pennard House is one of Somerset’s hidden treasures. A Grade II listed family home surrounded by breathtaking Somerset countryside, this is one of those places that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. Harry and Georgina own and run Pennard House, along with their two children. Harry grew up in the house and it has been in his family for generations. Martin and Susie, Harry’s parents, lived in the house for over 35 years and now live in the Garden Cottage on the estate, from where they are still lending a hand with the abundance of wonderful events that are the life and soul of Pennard House. The house is very much a family affair and has seen a multitude of activity passing through it over the years, from a language school and yoga retreats, to film shoots and wedding parties, while the annual Glastonbury Festival ensures an annual invasion by friends. The house has a warm and welcoming feel, where every guest is a friend, and all friends feel like family.
