Brief Description
This is an extensive demesne with walls, the late-17th-/early-18th-century house having now gone. The River Lagan flows through the parkland. There is a a bridge to a lime and oak avenue, a tree-lined depression (possibly a sunken avenue) and a racecourse.
History
The house was built in the 1670s, re-modelled in the 1730s, and burnt in the 1960s.
