Brief Description
This garden remembers those prisoners of war in the Far East who died in captivity, and those who survived to return but have since died. A wall-mounted memorial details those who died in the East, with individual plaques remembering those who have died since the end of the War. The garden also features flowers, trees and roses.
History
The garden was dedicated on 13th August, 1995, marking 50 years since the victory in Japan.
