George Harry Howard

George Harry Howard was a gardener active in the 20th century. He was head gardener at Bawdsey Manor, Suffolk and was afterwards employed by Lady Ballie (who had rented Bawdsey Manor for a summer) at Leeds Castle, which she had bought in 1926. Here he laid out the wood garden and other areas in the early-20th century.
