Geoffrey Bullen

Sir Geoffrey Bullen is perhaps best known as the grandfather of Anne Boleyn (wife of Henry III). He was a rich and powerful Renaissance landowner and became the owner of Hever Castle, Kent, England in the 15th century. During this period he is noted to have acted as his own architect and to have added wings on to the existing 13th century gatehouses.
