David Hagarty was a Scottish landscape designer who was involved with work at Bolfracks, Perth and Kinross. Bolfracks was built as a farmhouse in the early-18th century for the Menzies family. In 1769 Hagarty drew a plan of the formal landscape, enclosed garden, the Menzies Burial ground and the site of Balfracks Town.
