Friends of Pannett Park
Working on a voluntary basis in partnership with residents, local businesses, Whitby Town Council and Scarborough Borough Council, the Friends restored the park thanks to grants from the Heritage and Big Lottery Funds. They work with Parks Department staff to maintain the park, hold events throughout the year, raise funds and manage the Pannett Park website.
