Parks and Gardens UK is a leading online resource for historic parks and gardens, providing freely accessible, accurate and inspiring information on UK parks, gardens and other designed landscapes.
In this talk, Parks & Gardens Data Manager Fiona Baker will provide an update on what has been happening with the online resource and will explain how County Gardens Trust research groups and other volunteers can get involved by sending information to PGUK directly for uploading, or depositing research on the database themselves. Fiona will talk about the benefits of PGUK, how it is moving forward and where it fits in the landscape of digital information provision for historic parks and gardens research.
