Data Entry updates

Several updates to the Data Entry system have gone live on 18 December 2008.

These will be noticeable to everyone using the Data Entry system.

There are changes to all of the Index screens, where you select the record to update or create a new record. We have added the Record Id number (used within the system) and also now show the various Status Fields. These are marked as:

P - for Published, showing if a record has been published to the website

C - for Complete, showing when a record is complete

L - for Locked, showing if a record is locked or is unlocked for editing, and

A - for needs Attention, when a record needs to be reviewed.

Also, a number of the input fields have been increased in size so that you can see more of what you are entering.
