Barlborough Hall dates from around 1583. It has a landscape park, formal garden, pleasure grounds, and garden buildings. The gardens and pleasure grounds cover 3.5 hectares.

Brief history of site

Barlborough Hall was created around 1583. Some remodelling of the hall and park may have taken place around 1825 but evidence is scant. The site became a school in 1939.
